Is it a good memorial gift after losing a pet?
Yes—especially for someone who doesn’t want “big words”, but could use a small, warm presence in the home.

Are the lamps safe to use every day (kids & pets too)?
Yes. For daily use we recommend a warm-white LED (low heat, energy-efficient). With normal use, surfaces stay cool and finishes are described as non-toxic—great for living rooms and kids’ spaces.
Tip: For a softer bedtime feel, pick warm-white instead of bright cool-white.
What are the lamps made of? Are they handmade?
Yes—each Lyvenn lamp is handmade. Every piece is carefully shaped and finished by hand to capture the small animal details, then inspected before shipping.
We use durable resin with carefully applied paint, so it’s made to look beautiful and last for years.
How is the lamp powered—plug in or battery?
Many designs offer a mains power or battery option (availability depends on the model).

How long does delivery take?
Each lamp is made to order and usually takes about 2–4 business days to craft.
To keep shipping as sustainable as possible, we drop off orders in one go at the post point. After dispatch, delivery is often around 2 business days (depending on your location).
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code.

I made a mistake—can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order: info@lyvenn.uk.
After that, your order may already be in processing or on its way—so please message us as soon as you notice.
What is your return & refund policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.
How to start: email info@lyvenn.uk with your order number, reason for return, your full name + address, and a photo (if damaged). We’ll send you the correct return address.
Important: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer free returns.
Refund timing: returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt/verification, and refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product (to the original payment method).
My package is delayed or missing—what now?
If tracking hasn’t updated for a while or your parcel looks lost, email us at info@lyvenn.uk.
We’ll investigate with the courier and work with you toward a suitable solution.
